On February 9th, US-China Transpacific Foundation (UCTPF) Chairman Sigmund Rogich and President Gavin Chen meet with Senator Lindsey Graham.

UCTPF leaders had an in-depth discussion with Senator Graham regarding several hotspot issues surrounding US-China relation. Senator Graham pointed towards future opportunities for the two countries to host a wide range of activities to promote mutual understanding with each other. Senator Graham also expressed optimism towards the future of Sino-US relation.

Senator Graham was reportedly one ofthe promising candidates to the positionof the Chair of the Senate Committee onArmed Services during the up-comingmid-term congressional election. Hisadvocacy of a stronger nationaldefense and consolidation of the U.S.leadership in foreign affairs earned him much support from the congress and the public.
